Philip Akinlosotu has built up years of cognate experience in legal practice spanning almost a decade. His early experience with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) exposed him to legal corporate services and regulatory compliance in the Oil and Gas industry, where he was part of a team involved in advisory and administrative roles at both Management and Departmental levels within the organization. He has since established himself as a consummate professional and knowledgeable legal practitioner in private legal practice where he has advised both Nigerian and International organizations on various aspects of their business including dispute resolution, real estate advisory, corporate structure and regulatory compliance.
He is a valuable member of the team and is always working to provide a bottom line impact for the organizations that we represent. He is a Senior Associate with the Firm and Heads the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Units of the Firm.
