Our Story

The history of our firm is grounded in relationships, business, culture and service. Since 2010, we have dedicated ourselves to finding practical solutions for the people and businesses we work with, wherever they are based in the world. Over the years, we have carefully nurtured a culture of integrity, prioritized our international professional development, partnered and been affiliated with some of our brightest colleagues in the profession and always challenged ourselves to push the boundaries of legal innovation.

Our growth has been organic; from being a family and friends firm to working with high net worth individuals, multinational organizations and state governments. In all, we have followed our clients into new markets and territories, consistently servicing their legal needs.

Andi Daze Legal is a full-service law practice based in Abuja, Nigeria that provides international professional legal services. Our team of in-house lawyers and a global network of affiliate lawyers work together to deliver advisory and transactional services across various industries, sectors and areas of the law.

Our Commitment To Making A Difference

Pro Bono Services

We represent various clients incapable of affording legal services across practice areas from dispute resolution to commercial advisory, sports and entertainment advisory and immigration assistance.

Social Impact Investment Advisory

We continually promote and advice clients towards social impact investments in various sectors across Africa including agriculture, education and the off-grid power sector.

International Development Advisory

We partner with various international and domestic Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) by fully supporting them with our legal and professional services, which enables them to focus on their development and humanitarian goals across Africa

Mentorship

We mentor a number of law students and young professionals as part of the Law & I Club, teaching them about diversification and the need for expertise within the legal profession and wider business community.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We remain committed to and constantly promote a culture for the effective use of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms in Nigeria. We coordinated sub-sahara Africa’s Global Pound Conference, encouraging discourse on the future of ADR. We helped establish and were awarded the title of honorary patron to the ADR Society at the University of Jos. We are also at the forefront of advocating for and promoting the establishment Nigeria’s first sports dispute resolution center.

Knowledge Sharing

We have been invited and continue to speak at various conferences and seminars and workshops covering a range of different practice areas including alternative dispute resolution, start-up advisory, corporate and commercial law, sports, media and entertainment.
