David Shikfu Parradang is a retired Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration Service. He spent over 30 years in public service at the Nigerian Immigration Service having worked across the country in Kano, Lagos, Kwara, Enugu and the Federal Capital Territory as well as attending courses in-country and internationally.

David Parradang was awarded the national honours of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) and is a graduating member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies.
