Nigerian Oil & Gas Industrial Parks Scheme (NOGIPS) – Advised the Nigerian Local Content Board on the development of industrial parks for the oil sector, analyzing project risks and developing legal framework for NOGIPS towards creating an operational structure;
Advised one of the largest Nigerian insurance brokerage firms on its proposed N1.3 Billion ($5.2m) merger with a pan-African competitor;
Appointed Debt Recovery Agent by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria to recover over N550 Million ($2.2m) in debt from its defaulters;
Advised on and negotiated a N197 Million ($550,000) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) contract on behalf of a pan-African reinsurance organization with a leading IaaS provider;
Legal Adviser on a multi-million dollar Public Private Partnership transaction between a concessionaire and the Nigerian government, represented by the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Information and Culture on the concession of a major national arts centre;
Advised on a $1.5 Million film finance capital raise for a major Nigerian Nollywood film, including legal advisory from pre-production, production and post-production phases culminating in the international premier in Cannes, France;
Advised and represented a Nigerian football academy on the recovery of over €140,000 ($155,000) from 1 Middle Eastern and 3 European football clubs at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber as part of its unpaid FIFA Solidarity Compensation.
